Currently we have a position open in Valhalla, NY for a Benefits Administrator. Duties for this position include: Manages employee FMLA Administrative Eligibility determination for organization: Reviews and directs administration of FMLA leave designed to insure employees have be notified of their FMLA rights. Responsibilities include preparation and distribution of written information to inform employees` of their rights while on FMLA leave. Tasks include analyzing and evaluating records to determine programs best meeting needs of organization, as well as performing clerical functions such as updating and processing of absence records. Previous experience as a Benefits/HR administrator required. Communications industry experience preferred.
